Grinnell Middle School Health Fair October 29, 2010. Lean and Green will see you there!

National Association for Health & Fitness. Many states have active councils that promote physical activity for persons of all ages and abilities. Governor and State Councils represent the grassroots programs that encourage the need for and benefits of regular physical activity, reaching more than 215 million people through state and local programs. An independent coalition member of NAHF, Lean and Green is working locally to enhance the kinds of cooperation called for by this national effort
 Updates from 2010 American College of Sports Medicine Health & Fitness Summit & Exposition are now being incorporated into Lean and Green programming, corporate wellness recommendations, and individual fitness programs. If you want to learn more in one of these areas, please send us a note today.
