Lean and Green® provides support to individuals and organizations working to stay wise about health costs, improve well-being, and manage the many wellness service provider and programming options available today. Mostly at work in Grinnell, Iowa, we service clients across the nation.
Lean and Green® was founded and is now operated solely by Wendy Ramsey, a wellness services advisor, fitness coach, and consultant.

Consultation: If you have an upcoming decision or project in the area of wellness or health promotion, Lean and Green® can lend support for a specified period of time.
Personal Services: Lean and Green® offers select behavior change workshops and personal coaching for a small number of clients. Single or multi-party teleconferencing is available.
Referrals: Lean and Green® may recommend the services of an affiliate organization or professional associate.
